The role takes ownership of:
University Application → Visa → Accommodation → Pre-Departure → Arrival → Ongoing Student Relationship
This is not simply a documentation or administrative position. You will manage multiple student cases, communicate regularly with students, follow up proactively, solve problems and ensure applications and deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
The relationship with our students also continues after arrival. You will help Elevate maintain long-term relationships with students and alumni throughout their studies and beyond.

Identify missing, incomplete or incorrect documents and follow up promptly.
Prepare application forms and supporting documents.
Submit complete applications accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain properly organized digital student files.
Track every assigned application and keep the responsible Counselor updated.
Prevent avoidable delays caused by missed follow-ups, incomplete documents or internal processing errors.
University relationship management and direct university communication are primarily handled by Education Counselors.
Visa Processing
Take operational ownership of assigned students' visa processes.
Explain visa procedures and requirements.
Prepare checklists and carefully verify required documents.
Assist with visa forms and supporting documentation.
Coordinate appointments and submission arrangements where applicable.
Track visa progress and important deadlines.
Follow up proactively on missing or additional requirements.

Understand accommodation requirements and provide appropriate available options.
Assist with selection, reservations and provider coordination when necessary.
Confirm accommodation before departure.
Prepare students for departure using clear instructions and checklists.
Ensure important pre-departure requirements are completed.
Maintain necessary flight and arrival information.
Coordinate airport pickup or arrival arrangements where applicable.
Provide essential pre-departure and arrival information.
Follow up after arrival and assist with reasonable initial settling-in issues.
Student Case Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date status for every assigned student.
Manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Monitor application, visa, accommodation, pre-departure and arrival requirements.
Follow up proactively instead of waiting to be reminded.
Maintain complete records, documents, trackers and checklists.
Communicate professionally and responsively with students and parents.

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience preferred in study abroad, university admissions, visa processing, student services, education services, administration, operations, customer service or related work.
