Position Title: Social Media Assistant
Department: Marketing
Location: Yangon, Myanmar
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Works closely with: Commercial Team & Marketing Team
Salary: 400,000 – 500,000 MMK per month
Job Purpose
The Social Media Assistant is responsible for managing and publishing content across all
social media platforms to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate posting. This role works
closely with both the Marketing and Commercial teams to support content distribution,
campaigns, and lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Publishing & Management
- Publish content across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram,
LinkedIn, YouTube, and Viber
- Ensure all content is posted on time according to the content calendar
- Format captions, hashtags, and content appropriately for each platform
- Double-check all posts for accuracy before publishing
2. Content Coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to receive content and posting schedules
- Coordinate with the Commercial Team for campaign-related content and urgent postings
- Ensure no content is missed or delayed across all platforms
- Organize and manage content files and posting schedules
3. Platform Management
- Monitor all social media channels daily
- Respond to basic comments, messages, and inquiries when required
- Redirect leads and important inquiries to the Commercial Team promptly
4. Performance Tracking
- Track basic post performance (reach, engagement, views)
- Prepare simple weekly reports on posting activity and performance
5. Event & Campaign Support
- Support posting and coordination during campaigns, promotions, and events
- Provide real-time updates during key activities

- Strong attention to detail — no errors in posting
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks daily
- Strong coordination with both Marketing and Commercial teams
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when needed
- Responsible, consistent, and proactive

Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or final-year students)
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
English Requirements
- Basic to intermediate English
- Able to understand and write simple captions
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility required during campaigns and events
