Role Overview
Elevate Education is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support and execute day-to-day marketing operations across multiple digital channels. This role is one level senior to Marketing Assistant and requires hands-on experience in content execution, scheduling, coordination, and basic performance monitoring.
The Marketing Associate is expected to work with greater independence, demonstrate stronger judgment in content execution, and support the Marketing Manager in maintaining consistency, speed, and quality across all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, refine, and publish marketing content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and internal communications
• Manage and execute the content calendar with minimal supervision
• Publish content accurately and on time across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Viber, Telegram, and other assigned channels
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone, and messaging standards
• Coordinate with designers, video creators, and internal teams to prepare content assets
• Support marketing campaigns, education fairs, events, and outreach activities
• Conduct basic content checks (grammar, clarity, formatting) before publishing
• Monitor post publishing schedules and flag issues or delays early
• Assist in compiling basic performance data (reach, engagement, posting consistency) when required
• Support junior team members (Marketing Assistants or interns) when needed

Requirements
• Strong Burmese writing skills; basic working knowledge of English marketing terms
• At least 1 year of working experience in marketing, content, or social media-related roles
• Hands-on experience using social media platforms for business or brand pages
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Willingness to work outside normal working hours when required (events, campaigns, urgent postings)
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience
• Experience in education, services, startups, or agency environments
• Prior involvement in content calendars, campaign execution, or brand publishing
• Experience supporting events, fairs, or offline marketing activities
• Experience working with Gen Z–focused content or youth audiences

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional working hours may be required during campaigns, events, or peak periods.
