To manage and oversee daily office operations, support employee and student logistics, coordinate company events and university representative visits, and maintain efficient administrative processes that contribute to smooth business operations and excellent partner and student experiences.
1. Office Administration & Facility Management
Manage daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and productive workspace.
Procure and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, utilities, and service contracts.
2. Employee Support & Workplace Needs
Handle all employee-related office needs, including workspace arrangements, equipment allocation, and refreshments.
Manage onboarding logistics for new employees and farewell arrangements for departing staff.
Ensure proper documentation and return of company assets upon resignation.
3. Company Events & Internal Communication
Plan and organize company events, staff gatherings, and team-building activities.
Serve as a central point for internal office communications regarding operational matters.
4. Documentation & Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate records of office expenses, staff-issued equipment, and administrative documents.
Ensure proper documentation for all operational and service-related processes.
5. Coordination with HR & Finance
Support HR in implementing office policies and maintaining workplace safety standards.
Collaborate with Finance for monitoring and reporting office-related expenses.
6. Student Logistics & Travel Arrangements
Manage student flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for visa application processes.
Prepare pre-departure checklists and ensure students receive necessary travel documentation.
Coordinate student travel schedules and ensure smooth arrangements within budget.
7. University & Partner Coordination Support
Assist in the submission of documents and shipment of originals to partner universities.
Coordinate required materials and communications for student enrollments.
8. Visa Appointment & Document Assistance
Schedule visa appointments for students and ensure all necessary supporting documents are prepared.
Track visa application deadlines and send timely reminders to students and counselors.
9. Payment Follow-ups & Documentation
Assist the Finance team by following up on student payments related to accommodation, visa fees, and service charges.
Maintain accurate records of all payments and receipts.
10. Marketing Material & Event Support
Manage logistics for distributing marketing materials to schools and partners.
Provide support for study fairs and recruitment events, including materials preparation and logistics coordination.
11. Office Asset & Equipment Tracking
Maintain accurate inventory records of all office assets and equipment issued to employees.
Ensure proper return and documentation of company property during employee exits.
12. Event Support for Company & University Representatives
Organize all logistical arrangements for company events and university representative visits to Myanmar.
Manage airport pickups, hotel bookings, transportation, and hospitality services for university partners.
Coordinate on-site event logistics to ensure a professional and smooth experience for guests.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or operations coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and basic financial record-keeping.
Experience in managing travel logistics and handling student services is preferred.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required for major events or partner visits.
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Flexibility to work after hours if needed for special events and university representative visits.
700,000 MMK to 1,000,000 MMK per month (Based on experience and qualifications).
