We are seeking a highly reliable, proactive, and high-performing Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of Elevate Education.
This role is focused on managing the Founder’s time, ensuring smooth coordination, and supporting execution across key business activities. You will act as the Founder’s right hand, handling both business and selected personal tasks to maximize efficiency.
This is a fast-paced role with flexible working hours and high responsibility. The position is designed to grow into a more senior operations or leadership support role over time.
• Fully manage and control the Founder’s calendar
• Schedule and prioritize meetings with partners, universities, schools, and internal teams
• Confirm appointments and send timely reminders
• Protect the Founder’s time by filtering unnecessary meetings
• Ensure all meetings are properly prepared and followed up
• Monitor and filter incoming messages (WhatsApp, Viber, Email)
• Highlight urgent and important matters
• Respond to simple communications on behalf of the Founder when required
• Summarize long messages, updates, or reports into key points
• Maintain organized records of communications and contacts
• Maintain a centralized task list for the Founder
• Track all assigned tasks and ensure completion
• Follow up with team members across departments
• Escalate delays or issues when necessary
• Ensure alignment and execution across teams
• Schedule and manage weekly online interviews (students, alumni, partners)
• Confirm participants and send reminders
• Support live or recorded sessions (Zoom or other platforms)
• Organize recordings and coordinate with the marketing team
• Track interview pipeline and content status
• Prepare meeting briefs (participants, objectives, background)
• Attend key meetings when required
• Take structured notes and capture action points
• Prepare post-meeting summaries
• Ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Arrange travel (flights, hotels, transport)
• Prepare detailed travel schedules and meeting plans
• Occasionally travel with the Founder (Yangon, Mandalay, or international trips)
• Provide on-ground coordination during events and meetings
• Support organization of education fairs, partner visits, and company events
• Organize documents, files, and internal records
• Maintain databases (partners, contacts, stakeholders)
• Assist with preparation of presentations and reports
• Support day-to-day operational coordination
• Manage personal appointments (haircut, dental, medical, etc.)
• Arrange reservations and personal scheduling
• Handle selected personal errands to reduce the Founder’s workload
• Support execution of major projects (education fairs, expansion plans)
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Assist in managing relationships with universities and partners
• Track communications and follow-ups
• Prepare summaries and updates for meetings
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows
• Propose and implement simple systems to improve operations
• Help standardize processes across teams
• Conduct research (partners, venues, suppliers, markets)
• Present clear options with summaries and recommendations
• Support the Founder in decision-making
• Act as a coordination point between departments
• Support leadership communication and execution
• Assist in planning and internal alignment
• Potential to grow into Operations Coordinator or Chief of Staff role
• Highly responsive and able to respond quickly during working hours
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends when required
• Able to handle multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and confidentiality
• Proactive mindset — anticipates needs and takes initiative
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (Myanmar + English preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast learner with ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Calendar, Zoom, messaging platforms)
• Experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin, Coordinator, or Operations role
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Interest in business operations and growth
• Salary: 600,000 – 800,000 MMK (based on experience and capability)
