Position Title: Education Partnerships Associate
Department: Business Development
Location: Yangon, Myanmar
Reports to: Partnership Development Coordinator / GM / Founder
Salary: 500,000 MMK per month + Performance Bonus
Job Purpose
The Education Partnerships Associate supports and contributes to partnership development activities by researching, coordinating, and engaging with schools and institutions across Myanmar. This role includes both office-based coordination and field visits, providing hands-on experience in business development within the international education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Research & Outreach
▪️Research potential partner institutions (schools, colleges, language centers)
▪️Support and participate in outreach through calls, emails, and follow-ups
▪️Assist in preparing presentations and partnership materials
Partnership Coordination & Documentation
▪️Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with partner institutions
▪️Maintain and update partnership records, MoUs, and documentation
▪️Ensure all partnership data is accurate and up to date
School Visits & Field Support
▪️Participate in school visits, presentations, and partnership activities
▪️Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings and outreach activities
▪️Represent the company professionally during school visits
▪️Support partnership discussions and contribute to securing new partnerships (MoUs)
Relationship Support
▪️Maintain regular communication with partner institutions
▪️Share updates and follow-ups as guided by the coordinator
Student & Parent Support
▪️Handle basic inquiries regarding study abroad programs
▪️Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document collection
Events & Marketing Support
▪️Support organization of education fairs, school visits, and info sessions
▪️Assist in event preparation and execution
Reporting & Administration
▪️Prepare weekly activity reports
▪️Maintain organized records of partnerships and activities
Travel Requirement
▪️Frequent travel to schools and partner institutions across major cities in Myanmar (e.g. Mandalay, Naypyitaw, Taunggyi, etc.)
▪️Travel may be required multiple times per month depending on business needs
▪️Transportation and accommodation will be arranged by the company where applicable
▪️Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel and flexible schedules
Performance Incentive
▪️In addition to base salary, performance-based bonuses are provided

Key Requirements
▪️Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or final-year students) in relevant fields
▪️0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
English Requirements
▪️Intermediate English proficiency
▪️Able to read, write, and communicate clearly
▪️Willingness to improve professional English
Working Hours
▪️Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
▪️Flexibility required during events and travel
Salary & Benefits
