Position Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Yangon, Myanmar
Salary: 1,000,000 – 1,200,000 MMK per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Reports to: GM/Founder
The Assistant Marketing Manager is a leadership role directly reporting to the GM/Founder. This position is responsible for leading the marketing team, ensuring consistent delivery of campaigns and events, and driving measurable student recruitment results.
The AM must be able to manage people, oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensure ROI, and hold the team accountable for performance. Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends for events is required.
Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead Marketing Executives, Assistants, Designers, and Content/Video Creators.
KPI: Ensure 100% on-time delivery of tasks in the marketing calendar.
KPI: Maintain minimum 80% team KPI achievement rate across all marketing activities.
Campaign Strategy & Oversight
Plan and oversee 3–4 major campaigns per quarter.
KPI: At least 70% of campaigns hit lead or engagement targets.
Lead Generation
Oversee all marketing lead generation efforts.
KPI: Ensure minimum 300 qualified student leads per month (team total).
Influencer & Partnership Management
Supervise influencer collaborations and external partnerships.
KPI: Minimum 3 influencer campaigns per month achieving engagement goals.
Media Buying Oversight
Approve ad spend (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads).
KPI: Maintain minimum 3x ROI across all paid campaigns.
Events & Fairs
Oversee planning and execution of at least 1 major education event per month.
KPI: Each event generates minimum 200 qualified leads within budget.
Reporting
Deliver performance reports to GM/Founder.
KPI: Weekly team updates and monthly KPI reports delivered 100% on time.
Innovation & Trends
Drive experimentation with new platforms and campaign types.
KPI: Launch at least 1 experimental campaign per quarter.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in marketing, with leadership/team management experience.
Strong knowledge of social media, video campaigns, and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in digital ad platforms (FB, TikTok, Google Ads).
Excellent English and Burmese communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends.
