💰 Salary Range: 600,000 MMK – 800,000 MMK per month (based on experience)

Reports to: Study Abroad Assistant Manager / Manager
We’re looking for a Junior Study Abroad Counselor who is passionate about helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad.
In this role, you’ll guide students from inquiry to enrollment — providing counseling, managing applications, and ensuring a smooth visa process.
This is a junior-level position with strong learning opportunities and mentorship — ideal for candidates who want a long-term, meaningful career with Elevate Education.
Handle student inquiries through phone, social media, or walk-ins
Conduct counseling sessions to guide students on programs and universities
Follow up with leads regularly and update them on application status
Prepare and submit applications and supporting documents on time
Coordinate visa processing and pre-departure arrangements
Build trust and long-term relationships with students and families
Participate in team training sessions and improve counseling performance
Maintain accurate records using internal CRM tools and systems
10 student enrollments per month
30+ counseling sessions per month
100% document and application accuracy
100% lead follow-up within 48 hours
Average student satisfaction score: 8/10+
Bachelor’s degree (any major)
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Customer service, education, or counseling experience preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Proactive and disciplined with follow-ups and deadlines
Emotionally mature and able to work under pressure during peak periods
Fast learner who welcomes feedback and growth opportunities

Candidates for the Mandalay Office must attend 2 months of intensive training in Yangon before deployment.
After completing training, they must commit to working at least 12 months in Mandalay.
