Salary: MMK 700,000–900,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for events, campaigns and business requirements
The Marketing Executive is a hands-on, mid-level marketing role responsible for executing marketing campaigns that generate awareness, qualified leads and measurable business results for Elevate Education.
The role owns assigned marketing campaigns and projects across digital marketing, paid media, content, events, outreach, influencer/KOL collaborations and other marketing channels.
The Marketing Executive is expected to take ownership of the full campaign cycle:
Campaign Brief → Planning → Execution → Lead Generation → Performance Tracking → Analysis → Improvement
The role works closely with Content Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Content, Events & Outreach, Education Counselors and other teams. The Marketing Executive may also coordinate Marketing Assistants or junior team members on assigned projects.
This is an execution and project-ownership role with a clear pathway toward future marketing management responsibilities.
1. Marketing Campaign Execution
Translate approved marketing strategies and business objectives into practical campaign plans.
Plan and execute assigned digital and offline campaigns from concept through completion.
Define target audiences, messages, channels, timelines, required assets, budgets and KPIs.
Coordinate Content, Design, Video, Events and other contributors to ensure campaigns launch on time.
Monitor active campaigns and make improvements based on performance.
Conduct post-campaign reviews and identify lessons and opportunities for future campaigns.
2. Lead Generation & Commercial Contribution
Generate qualified prospective-student leads through assigned campaigns and marketing activities.
Monitor the marketing and student recruitment funnel:
Marketing Activities → Inquiries → Qualified Leads → Counselor Handover → Applications → Enrollments
Work with Education Counselors to understand lead quality and conversion.
Identify campaigns, channels and audiences producing stronger prospective students.
Support retargeting and re-engagement campaigns where appropriate.
Recommend improvements when campaigns generate high volume but low-quality leads.
Maintain focus on business results rather than views, reach or engagement alone.
3. Digital Marketing & Paid Media
Execute and support paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
Assist with audience targeting, campaign setup, testing, monitoring and optimization.
Monitor reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead, lead quality and conversion contribution.
Track advertising expenditure against approved budgets.
Test different audiences, messages, creatives, formats and campaign approaches.
Keep up with TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms relevant to Myanmar audiences.
4. Content & Creative Coordination
Work closely with Content Marketing Executives, Graphic Designers and Video Content Creators.
Prepare clear campaign briefs covering objectives, audience, key messages, formats, calls-to-action and deadlines.
Coordinate content requirements across social media, video, advertising, events and other channels.
Review campaign materials for marketing effectiveness, brand consistency and accuracy.
Ensure university, program and education-related information follows Elevate’s factual review and approval processes.
Provide constructive feedback to creative team members based on campaign objectives and performance.
5. Events, Seminars & Outreach
Support or own assigned education fairs, seminars, webinars, student recruitment events and promotional activities.
Work with the Event & Outreach function and other teams to drive registrations and attendance.
Support pre-event marketing, event-day execution and post-event lead follow-up.
Track event performance through:
Registrations → Attendance → Qualified Leads → Applications → Enrollments
Participate in school visits, university activities, outreach campaigns and other field marketing activities when required.
Travel within Myanmar for campaigns, events and business activities.
6. Influencer, KOL & Collaboration Marketing
Identify relevant creators, influencers, student voices and collaboration opportunities.
Coordinate assigned influencer and KOL campaigns under approved strategies and budgets.
Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate deliverables, timelines and publishing.
Track reach, engagement, leads and commercial contribution where measurable.
Maintain professional relationships with external collaborators.
7. Market & Competitor Intelligence
Monitor competitors, education-market developments, student interests and digital trends.
Understand how prospective students and parents discover and evaluate study-abroad opportunities.
Research emerging platforms, content formats and campaign opportunities.
Proactively propose new campaign and marketing ideas rather than relying only on assigned instructions.
Share relevant market insights with the Assistant Marketing Manager and Management.
8. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Maintain accurate campaign, advertising and lead-generation records.
Provide weekly campaign updates and monthly marketing performance reports.
Compare actual results against campaign objectives and KPIs.
Identify what worked, what did not work, why performance changed and what should be improved.
Use data and campaign results to recommend future content, channels, audiences and marketing approaches.
9. Project & Junior-Team Coordination
Take ownership of assigned marketing projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate Marketing Assistants or junior team members when assigned.
Ensure responsibilities, deadlines and expected outputs are clearly communicated.
Follow up proactively and resolve delays before they affect campaign performance.
Maintain organized campaign timelines, task trackers and marketing files.
Escalate significant performance, budget or execution issues to the Assistant Marketing Manager.
10. Team & Company Contribution
Work closely with Marketing, Student Success, Partnerships, Admissions and other teams.
Support major company events, university visits, branch activities and campaigns when reasonably required.
Maintain professional communication, teamwork and accountability.
Contribute ideas for improving marketing systems, workflows and processes.
Take on other reasonable marketing and company responsibilities according to business needs.

Specific numerical targets may be adjusted according to business priorities, campaign objectives, seasonality and assigned responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–3 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
Practical experience executing digital and/or offline marketing campaigns.
Good understanding of lead generation and performance-driven marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
Working knowledge of paid digital advertising and campaign performance metrics.
Ability to understand cost per lead, conversion, lead quality and basic marketing ROI.
Experience coordinating content, graphic design, video or other creative production.
Experience with events, activations, influencer marketing or outreach is an advantage.
Strong project coordination, organization and deadline-management skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports and marketing data.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Strong Burmese communication skills and good working English.
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Willing to travel within Myanmar and work flexible hours for important events and campaigns when required.
Education or study-abroad marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
Actual marketing capability, measurable results and ownership are more important than previous job titles.
