Position Title: Education Partnership Associate
Department: Business Development (Local Partnerships)

Salary Range: 600,000 – 800,000 MMK per month (based on experience and performance)

The Education Partnership Development Executive is responsible for building strong, sustainable partnerships with local private high schools, language schools, and international schools in Myanmar. This role requires persistence, excellent communication, and the ability to secure appointments through cold calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups. The goal is to create active partnerships that promote Elevate Education’s study abroad services and generate qualified student leads for the commercial team.
Identify and approach potential partner institutions including private high schools, language schools, and international schools.
Initiate contact through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Secure meetings with principals, academic directors, or decision-makers.
Conduct professional presentations about Elevate Education’s study abroad services.
Clearly communicate the benefits of collaboration for partner institutions and their students.
Build trust and long-term relationships with school leadership and educators.
Formalize partnerships through MoUs or written agreements.
Coordinate initial collaboration activities such as school information sessions, seminars, or student referral programs.
Ensure partnerships remain active and mutually beneficial.
Generate and transfer qualified student leads from partner institutions to the commercial team.
Work closely with counselors to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion of leads.
Maintain regular communication with partner schools and institutions.
Provide updates, support collaboration opportunities, and strengthen long-term relationships.
Ensure partners feel supported and valued.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, meetings, partnerships, and generated leads.
Update CRM systems regularly and submit weekly reports on partnership development activities.
Represent Elevate Education at school events, seminars, career fairs, and networking activities.
Coordinate and support student-focused partnership activities when needed.
Travel within Myanmar when required to expand institutional partnerships.
Performance in this role will be evaluated based on the following indicators:
Minimum 10 outreach attempts per day consistent outreach to potential partner institutions each week.
Minimum 10 partnership meetings per week conducted with schools and institutions.
Minimum 5 new signed and active school partnerships per month and active school partnerships established.
Minimum 15 qualified leads per month generated through partner institutions.
90%+ follow-up rate follow-up and relationship management with partner schools.
100% of reports accuracy and consistency of CRM records and weekly reports.
at least 90% of assigned events and partnership activities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (education sector preferred).
Strong ability to secure meetings through cold calls, walk-ins, and persistent follow-ups.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM tools.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours when required.
600,000 – 800,000 MMK per month (based on experience and performance).
13th-Month Bonus.
