Position Title: Study Abroad Partnership Development Coordinator

Reports to: GM/Founder
Salary Range: 700,000 – 1,000,000 MMK per month (based on experience and performance)
The Study Abroad Partnership Development Coordinator is responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining partnerships with schools, colleges, language centers, and other educational institutions in Myanmar and abroad. The role also requires supporting student counseling, coordinating study abroad projects, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. This is a performance-driven role with bonuses tied to successfully signed partnership agreements. The ideal candidate must be committed, highly organized, flexible to work outside standard hours, and open to occasional international travel for campus visits.
1. Partnership Development
Research, identify, and approach new prospective partner institutions.
Conduct outreach, presentations, and meetings to secure new agreements.
KPI: Minimum 10 outreach contacts per day / 50 per week / 200 per month.
KPI: Minimum 12–13 partnership meetings per week / 50 per month (target 30 minimum).
KPI: Minimum 10 signed partnerships per month (target 15).
2. Relationship Management
Maintain active communication with existing partners and ensure they receive timely updates.
Provide support to strengthen long-term collaboration.
KPI: 90% of partners engaged monthly (via visits, calls, or updates).
3. Student Counseling Support
Provide counseling and advice to prospective students on overseas study opportunities.
Refer complex cases to senior counselors.
KPI: 100% of assigned sessions completed on time with >85% student satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Submit accurate weekly operational and partnership reports.
Ensure all signed MoUs and partner records are properly filed.
KPI: 100% on-time, error-free reports each week.
5. Events & Marketing Support
Support Elevate’s study abroad events, info sessions, and campaigns.
Represent Elevate at local and international events.
KPI: Participate in at least 90% of assigned events.
6. Travel & Campus Visits
Join international campus visits (1–2 per year) to build relationships with global partners.
KPI: Submit visit report within 3 working days after return.
7. Problem-Solving & Ownership
Resolve most coordination issues independently, escalating only when necessary.
KPI: 90%+ of issues resolved without escalation.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends for partner meetings, events, and urgent student support.
Must be highly responsive — all internal and partner communications must be answered within 24 hours.
Must demonstrate long-term commitment to Elevate’s mission and growth.
Open to occasional international travel for campus visits.
Additional bonus for every successfully signed partnership (MoU) with a qualified educational institution.
Partnerships must be legitimate, signed by both parties, and fully documented.
No bonus for duplicates, inactive partnerships, or irrelevant associations.
Bonus is strictly tied to measurable performance as per KPIs above.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in partnership development, operations, counseling, or project coordination.
English Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate level proficiency.
At least Good level in Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Strong business communication skills.
Good presentation skills for meetings and events.
Experience in international education or working with multicultural teams preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools.
700,000 – 1,000,000 MMK per month (based on experience and performance).
